Bifocal Vision Lenses and Frame: R1750

Bifocal Vision Lenses and Frame Voucher gives you access to bifocal vision clear plastic lenses (CR39) and a choice of a frame from a range offered by an optometrist in the Netcare Plus network. You must have a valid script for these glasses not older than six months.
